We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your Sherpa Adventure Gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid shipping label provided by our system, or opt for a QR code for printer-less drop-off at designated locations.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
