We offer a 30-day return window for all orders. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

To preserve the integrity of our natural fibers, we recommend hand washing wool items in cold water with mild detergent. For down jackets, use a front-loading machine on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low with dryer balls to restore loft.
